WHAT can be returned?
Unwashed and uncut fabric can be returned if there are faults in the fabric. Please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org if you find there are faults in your fabric.
We regret that we are unable to accept change of mind returns.
WHEN do items need to be returned by?
You have 30 days from receiving your fabric from Cheeky Chops Fabric to contact us if you wish to return your fabric due to fabric faults.
WHERE do items need to be returned to?
Please contact us at email@example.com for the returns address.
HOW do customers return items?
Please return the items in a parcel with tracking. Please email a photo of the package and tracking number to firstname.lastname@example.org
SHIPPING for returns?
The customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Original shipping charges are not refundable.
CREDIT for returns?
You can either choose to have your purchase refunded or you can be given store credit to spend on future purchases.
All preorders are paid with a minimum 50% deposit, which is non-refundable even if you change your mind and no longer wish to buy the fabric.
